Zogulitsa:

Kuphika:
- Kuphika mbatata (mchere ndi madzi), kuloleza kuziziritsa, kudula mu cubes.
- Cheka anyezi.
- Mazira owiritsa osaphika, osadulidwa.
- Chotsani zamkati ndi nthangala kuchokera ku tomato, kudula gawo lamtunduwu m'magawo ang'onoang'ono.
- Pang'ono ndi mafuta otentha, onjezani nyemba ndi adyo.
- Sakanizani zonse.
- Pa msuzi, kumenya mandimu ndi mafuta otsala a maolivi, mchere ndi shuga. Onjezani pachidebe ndi zosakaniza zonse ndikulimbikitsanso.
Saladi imakhala yowoneka bwino ndikayima pang'ono (ndithudi, ngati muli ndi chipiriro chokwanira). Likukhalira 4 servings ndi zopatsa mphamvu zopezeka 190 kcal pa 100 g. BJU, motero 5 g, 5 g ndi 22 g.
