Zogulitsa:

  • cranberries - 30 g;
  • shuga (wogwirizira) - 20 g;
  • madzi - 160 ml;
  • gelatin - 5 g.
Kuphika:

  1. Thirani gelatin ndi madzi ozizira, kusiya kwa ola limodzi.
  2. Pakani kusamba cranberry kudzera mu sume, kuti mupangitse ntchitoyi, mutha kuwonjezera madzi pang'ono ozizira. Chotsani madziwo m'malo abwino.
  3. Ikani mabulosi ambiri m'madzi otentha, wiritsani kwa mphindi 5 - 8 ndikuvutika. Kenako onjezani shuga (wogwirizira) msuzi, mubweretsenso chithupsa, chotsani thovu. Thirani gelatin, wiritsani kachiwiri ndipo nthawi yomweyo chotsani kutentha.
  4. Tsanulira ndikusakaniza msuzi wa gelatin ndi msuzi wa cranberry. Ngati ndi kotheka, lolani kuziziritsa (pafupifupi kutentha kwa dzanja). Menyani ndi chosakanizira mpaka voliyumuyo ikangokwiratu katatu, kutsanulira mwa mafupa, kuyikika mufiriji mpaka kukhazikika.
Pazonse, 200 g ya mousse imapezeka, yomwe imakhala ndi 0,1 g ya mapuloteni, 22.2 g yamafuta (mukamagwiritsa ntchito shuga), kulibe mafuta. Zopatsa mphamvu 89.2 kcal
