Tikuwonetsa chidwi cha owerenga athu Anastasia Mon, pa mpikisano "Lenten mbale".

Zosakaniza

  • 1 tbsp mafuta
  • Anyezi wosankhidwa

  • 1 tbsp. supuni ya oregano
  • Tsinani tsabola wofiyira
  • 2 zitini zoyera nyemba zamzitini (muzimutsuka kuchokera ku madzi!)
  • 1 lita imodzi yamasamba kapena madzi basi
  • masamba ochepa a basil watsopano (wodula) (ndinalibe, chifukwa chake, pachithunzichi popanda iwo)
  • 1 mandimu - madzi okha
  • Mchere kulawa

Chinsinsi

  1. Mu msuzi wakuya, konzekerani mafuta ndi kusenda anyezi ndi adyo kwa mphindi 1, oyambitsa pafupipafupi
  2. Onjezani phwetekere, oregano ndi tsabola wofiira ku stewpan. Pitilizani kuperekanso mphindi zina, kenako onjezani nyemba ndi katundu kapena madzi. Bweretsani chithupsa, ndikusiyira kuwotchera pang'ono kutentha kosachepera popanda chivindikiro kwa mphindi 35 mpaka msuzi uyambe.
  3. Mukachotsa pamoto, onjezani basil, mandimu ndi mchere.
