Zogulitsa:

  • mafuta masamba - 1 tbsp. l.;

Kuphika:

  1. Onjezani mchere wokulirapo ndi kefir, kusiya kuti muyime.
  2. Tenthetsani mafuta amasamba, mwachangu anyezi wosankhidwa pang'ono pang'onopang'ono, ikani nyama yophika, mchere, mutha kuwonjezera zonunkhira zomwe mumakonda.
  3. Onjezani ufa, dzira ndi mchere ku kefir.
  4. Tengani mawonekedwe okwanira, kutsanulira theka la mtanda, kuyika kudzazidwa, kutsanulira theka lachiwiri la mtanda.
