Zogulitsa:

- mafuta masamba - 1 tbsp. l.;

Kuphika:
- Onjezani mchere wokulirapo ndi kefir, kusiya kuti muyime.
- Tenthetsani mafuta amasamba, mwachangu anyezi wosankhidwa pang'ono pang'onopang'ono, ikani nyama yophika, mchere, mutha kuwonjezera zonunkhira zomwe mumakonda.
- Onjezani ufa, dzira ndi mchere ku kefir.
- Tengani mawonekedwe okwanira, kutsanulira theka la mtanda, kuyika kudzazidwa, kutsanulira theka lachiwiri la mtanda.
- Ikani keke mu uvuni wa preheated (madigiri a 180). Zilowerere kwa mphindi 20, chotsani, kuboola m'malo angapo ndi dzino kapena dzino. Bweretsani keke ku uvuni kwa mphindi zina 20.
